方舱医院轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的心理和睡眠现状分析及其影响因素的研究

目的探讨方舱医院轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的心理和睡眠质量现状及其影响因素,为改善轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的心理状态和睡眠质量提供理论依据。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表、焦虑自评量表对随机抽取的183例入住湖北武汉东西湖区方舱医院的轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行调查。相关性采用Pearson相关分析,影响因素采用多元线性回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示,现在吸烟、经常运动、家人有感染新型冠状病毒肺炎患者与睡眠质量具有相关性(P<0.05,P<0.001)。新型冠状病毒肺炎患者睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠药物、日间功能障碍、睡眠总分显著高于中国常模(P<0.001),家人感染新型冠状病毒肺炎患者焦虑总评分显著高于家人无新型冠状病毒肺炎(P<0.001)。结论轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者伴有不同程度的心理和睡眠问题,需引起重视。

Study on the Psychological and Sleep Status of Patients with COVID-19 in a Mobile Cabin Hospitals and its Influencing Factors

Objective To explore the status of psychological and sleep quality of patients with mild coronavirus pneumonia and its influencing factors,further to provide theoretical basis for improving the psychological status and sleep quality of these patients.Methods 183 patients with mild new coronavirus pneumonia were surveyed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale.Pearson correlation analysis was used;two independent sample t tests were used for comparison between the two groups,and one-way analysis of variance was used for comparison between multiple groups.Results There was nocorrelation between gender,age,education,marital status and sleep quality scores.Patients who smoke,exercise regularly,and have new coronavirus pneumonia in their families are correlated with sleep quality scores(P<0.05,P<0.001).The quality of sleep,sleep time,time to sleep,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,sleep medications,daytime dysfunction,and total sleep scores of patients with coronavirus pneumonia were significantly higher than the Chinese norm(P<0.001).The total anxiety score of the patients with coronavirus pneumonia in their families was significantly higher than that of no new coronavirus pneumonia in the home(P<0.001).Conclusion Patients with mild new coronavirus pneumonia are associated with different degrees of psychological and sleep problems,and need to be taken seriously.
