鼠神经生长因子联合神经节苷酯治疗新生儿重度缺氧缺血性脑病的临床研究及预后分析

摘    要:目的分析新生儿重度缺氧缺血性脑病应用鼠神经生长因子联合神经节苷酯治疗的效果及预后。方法选取2014年7月~2017年7月在我院治疗的108例重度HIE患儿临床资料,按不同治疗方案分2组各54例,对照组施予神经节苷酯治疗,观察组在其基础联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较两组疗效及预后。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.44%比对照组75.93%高;观察组治疗后NBNA评分(38.74±3.34)分比对照组(35.12±3.14)分高(P<0.05)。观察组后遗症发生率11.11%比对照组27.78%低(P<0.05)。结论通过鼠神经生长因子、神经节苷酯联合治疗后,患儿缺氧缺血性脑病得以控制,疗效提高,有效改善神经功能,且后遗症发生率减小,预后较佳。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect and prognosis of neonatal severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy treated with rat nerve growth factor combined with ganglioside.Methods The clinical data of 108 children with severe HIE treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes, 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ganglioside, while the observation group was treated with rat nerve growth factor on the basis of ganglioside. The curative effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44% higher than 75.93%of the control group, and the NBNA score of the observation group was 38.74(+3.34) higher than that of the control group(35.12(+3.14)(P<0.05). The incidence of sequelae in the observation group was 11.11% lower than 27.78% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in children can be controlled by combined treatment of rat nerve growth factor and ganglioside ester, the curative effect is improved, the neurobehavioral improvement is effective, and the sequelae probability is reduced, and the prognosis is good.
