| 摘 要： | 肝细胞癌(HCC)是现今危害人类健康最常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一。虽然近年的研究取得了显著的成就,但肝细胞癌发病的分子机制尚不清楚,作为发生率居恶性肿瘤第五位,病死率排名第三位的恶性肿瘤。人类亟待找到一种新的方式对其进行早期诊断和治疗。随着2008年血液中miRNAs的发现,循环miRNAs在疾病检测中的研究逐渐成为热点。miRNAs普遍存在于血液中,与肝癌、肝硬化等多种肝脏疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文将就国内外关于几种miRNA与肝癌的研究现状和发展趋势作一概述。

| Abstract: | Hepatocellular carcinoma was one of the most common human digestive system malignanciesAlthough recent research had made remarkable achievements, but the molecular mechanisms of HCC incidence was unclear,as the fifth largest cancer incidence,cancer mortality rate ranked third . Human beings urgent need to find a new way to carry out early diagnosis and treatment. With the discovery of miRNAs in blood in 2008, the study of circulating miRNAs in disease detection had become a hotspot. miRNAs were prevalent in the blood and were closely related to the development of liver diseases such as liver cancer and liver cirrhosis. This article will be on the domestic and foreign research on miRNAs and liver cancer research status and development trends for an overview. |
