复方乌鸡口服液治疗月经不调疗效观察

用复方乌鸡口眼液（乌液），治疗月经不调１３９例，总显效率９０，７％，显著地高于对照组乌鸡白凤九（乌丸）的７１．１％（ｒ＜０．０１）．乌液对病程≥３年患者的疗效显著地优于乌丸组（Ｐ＜０．０１）．乌液对卵泡发育早、晚期血清Ｅ２值均有明显的升高作用（Ｐ＜０．０１和ｐ＜０．０５）．治疗后卵泡发育晚期Ｅ２值两组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。子宫内膜组织学检查、宫颈粘液检查、阴道细胞孕激素水平检测均揭示本品具有雌激素样作用。眼药过程无明显不良反应。

Effect of Compound Pcroral Fluid of Black-boned ChiCken on Irregular Mentrua-tion

This paper deals with the treatment of 139 cases of irregular menstruation,by using com-pound peroral fluid of black-boned chicken(CPFBC),in comparison with 57 cases by usingblack-boned chicken pill (BCP).In all 139 cases of ir-regular menstruation,the noteworthy effective ratewas 90.7%;when the course of disease was equal toor more than 3 years,the rate was 87.9%,compar-ing with the 57 cases using BCP,the effective ratewas 75.4%and 65.4%,respectively(p<0.01).Thelevel of serum E2 in early stagc and advanced stage ofdevelopmental ovarian follicles (DOF)increased sig-nificantly after using CPFBC(P <0.01 and p <0.05,respectively).Comparing to the use of BCP , the lev-el of serum E2 of advanced stage of DOF after usingCPFBC was much higher(P<0.05).The examina-tions of the endometrial tissues and the crystal incervix uteri mucus,and the level of estrogen of vagi-nal cell had shown that CPFBC had nearly estrin-likeeffect and had not thead verse react ion.
