急性胆源性腹痛的EUS检查

目的 :探讨内镜超声检查 (Endoscopicultrasonography ,EUS)对急性胆源性腹痛的诊断价值。方法 :采用日产Pentax彩色多谱勒线阵型内镜超声 ,对 15例符合急性胆源性腹痛临床表现 ,但经B超、CT检查而不能确诊的患者行EUS检查。结果 :EUS检查 15例中 ,8例单纯胆总管单个结石、4例胆囊及胆总管泥沙结石、3例胆囊及胆总管浓缩胆汁 (果冻状 ) ,均得到手术证实。结论 :EUS对原因不明的急性胆源性腹痛是有诊断价值的 ,尤其对B超和CT检查胆总管及左右肝管不增宽的患者更有意义。

The EUS Examination of Acute Abdominal Pain Cholecystopathy

Objective: To find the digestive value of Endoscopic Ultrasonography (EUS) examination to the acute abdominal pain with cholecystopathy. Method: To use the Pentax color-dopplex EUS, 15 cases with acute abdominal pain with cholecystopathy clinical symptom, but were not diagnosed with ultrasound type B and CT test, were examined by EUS. Results: In the 15 cases,8 cases with only one stone in the common bile duct,4 cases with silt stone in gallbladder and common bile duct, 3 cases with dense bile in gallbladder and common bile duct were confirmed by operation. Conclusion: There is a diagnostic value to use EUS to the acute abdominal pain with cholecystopathy, especially to the cases that common bile duct and left or right hepatic duct were not enlarge under the ultrasound of type B and CT.
