鼻内镜在鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎中的应用

目的 探讨鼻内镜在鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎治疗中的应用价值。方法 对47例68耳放疗后确诊为分泌性中耳炎的患者，在鼻内镜下清除鼻咽脓痂，鼻咽冲洗，分离咽鼓管咽口粘连，咽鼓管导管吹张，鼓膜穿刺、切开，鼓室置管等。结果 随访1年后，47例存活39例，存活患者中分泌性中耳炎治疗的有效率为89．1％。结论 鼻内镜是治疗鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎较为理想的辅助工具。

Application of the nasal endoscope in the secretory otitis media patients after radiotherapy with the nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the nasal endoscopic applicated value to the secretory otitis media patients after radiotherapy with the nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods:Sixty-eight ears of 47 secretory otitis media patients after radiotherapy with the NPC were treated by the nasal endoscopic surgery and cleaning the pus scab of the nasopharynx, flushing the nasopharynx, detaching the accretion in the pharyngeal ostium of eustachian tube, blowing the eustachian catheter and puncturing tympanic membrane, myringotomy, putting the ventilation tube at the tympan.Results:Thirty-nine out of total 47 patients were survival after one year follow - up and the efficient rate of the nasal endoscopic surg/cal therapy is 89.1% in the secretory otitis media survival patients with NPC.Conclusions:The nasal endoscopic is an ideal assistant therapeutic tool to the secretory otitis media patients after radiotherpay with the NPC.
