解痉催眠镇痛法无痛肠镜

目的：前瞻性研究解痉催眠镇痛法用于无痛肠镜检查的有效性和安全性。方法：将150例预约的肠镜检查按患者要求分入甲、乙、丙三组：甲、乙两组(用药组)先静注山莨菪碱解痉，8min后作催眠镇痛，2min后肠镜检查；丙组未用药作对照。结果：三组患者术中均能与术者对答，术毕可下床扶行。用药组肛门松驰，肠镜检查时安静，术后对肠镜检查过程有痛苦回忆者在5％以下。用药后20min内心率上升较用药前比差异有显著性意义；对照组则肛门紧闭，其中93．8％表情痛苦或呻吟，术后有痛苦的记忆。结论：解痉催眠镇痛法可安全有效地用作门诊病人的无痛肠镜检查。

PAINLESS METHOD FOR COLONOSCOPY BY SPASMOLYSIS AND HYPNO-ANESTHESIA

Objective:To estimate the safety and efficiency of the painless method by Spasmolysis and Hypno-anesthesia for colonoscopy.Methods:One hundred and fifty patients who appointed to undergoing colonoscopy were allocated into test group n=102, painless method by Spasmolysis and Hypno-anesthesia : Have been given intravenous 654-2 for Spasmolysis,they were divided into group A(n=76) by given Midazolam-Ketamine-droperidol intravenously and group B(n=26) by given propofol-Ketamine-droperidol for Hypno-anesthesia] and the control (n=48, without drugs) according to their desire. Perioperative patient's HR, BP, SPO_2, feeling and operator's feeling , operative duration , recover duration were recorded and analysed.Results:In test group, the anus slackened, and opration get facility, patients are quiet and ease , and keeping conscious enough to answer question. After operation, they all can walk by support,recover duration less then half an hour, and less than 5 percent can recall the operation, but their HR gets a high rise; In control group, the anus is closenness when inserting the endoscope, 93.8% patient have painful expression and recall.Conclusions:By Spasmolysis and Hypno-anesthesia,colonoscopy can be achieved safely, painlessly and nothing recalls.
