异丙酚在肠镜中的应用价值

目的：观察静脉麻醉后行肠镜检查病人的依从性及对肠镜操作的影响。方法：将108例病人随机分成药物组（55例，辅以异丙酚静脉麻醉）和对照组（53例，常规操作），记录两组操作前，操作中及操作后5min的心率，血压，氧饱和度，操作时间，是否完成肠镜，患者的满意度以及检查过程中的不良反应。结果：药物组操作过程中心率，血压与对照组相比明显降低。操作前后均无统计学意义，药物组患者满意度高于对照组，操作时间及成功率无统计学差异。结论：静脉麻醉辅助肠镜可增加病人依从性，减少病人痛苦，但不能缩短操作时间及提高检查成功率。

THE VALUE OF PROPOFOL DURING COLONOSCOPY

Objective:The study is to observe patients' compliance and the effect of intravenous administration of general anesthetics for colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 108 patients was randomized into test group (55 cases given intravenous propofol ) and the control (53 cases without anesthetics). Heart rate,blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, operative duration, patients' satisfaction and complication was recorded. Results:Data in test group showed descendence of heart rate and blood pressure during the operation,high satisfaction, no difference in operative duration and successful rate as compared with the control.Conclusion:Colonoscopy can be finished painlessly with intravenous use of propofol, but the method can not shorten the procedure duration and improve the successful rate.
