216例腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的临床观察

目的探讨应用腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的安全性及优越性。方法对自2002年3月～2004年3月216例腹腔镜下全子宫切除术和296例腹式子宫切除术的患者进行回顾性分析。比较两组患者的术中、术后出血量及术后并发症和恢复等情况。结果腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者术中出血量、术后体温、肠道功能恢复时间、排气时间、恢复正常工作时间、住院天数、术后并发症发生率均明显少于腹式全子宫切除术。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术是一种安全、可靠的术式,适于临床广泛开展。

Analysis of 216 cases of total laparoscopic hysterectomy

Objective] To investigate the safety and superiority of the new technique of total laparoscopic hysterectomy(TLH)using ultrasonic scalpel.Methods] 216 women undergoing TLH using ultrasonic scalpel and 296 women undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy from February 2002 to March 2004 were studied retrospectively.The intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,complications and recovery of both groups were compared.Results] The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,the recovery time of peristalsis,time to full recovery and the incidence of complications in TLH group were less than those in TLH group obviously.But complications related to urinary system should be paid more attention during TLH.Conclusions] TLH is a safe,effective and reproducible procedure,that can be performed widely.
