| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨纤维支气管镜代替胸腔镜检查对原因不明性胸膜病的诊断价值.方法 选择36例不明原因的胸腔积液和胸膜肿块患者采用纤维支气管镜代替胸腔镜检查,观察镜下病变形态和病理结果.结果 确诊率为95.0%;恶性病变19例,其中腺癌12例、小细胞癌4例、胸膜间皮瘤2例、淋巴瘤1例;良性病变15例,其中结核10例、脓胸5例;未明确病因2例.结论 纤维支气管镜代替胸腔镜检查具有诊断阳性率高、损伤小、安全、可诊断原因不明性胸膜病的临床特点.
