环胞菌素A治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床分析

目的：环胞菌素A(CsA)对于激素治疗无效而以往只有选择手术处理的重度溃疡性结肠炎患者是一种很有希望的治疗手段。我院对CsA治疗重症溃疡性结肠炎进行了有益的尝试。方法：分析我院1998—2002年收治的溃疡性结肠炎病人中，应用激素治疗无效而改用CsA治疗的患者的临床资料。结果：5例重症溃疡性结肠炎患者静脉激素治疗无效，接受了口服或静脉CsA治疗，避免了结肠切除术，有效率为100％。5例均未发生药物副作用。结论：CsA用以治疗激素无效的重症溃疡性结肠炎病人具有很好疗效。在对药物副作用密切监控下使用本治疗方案是激素无效的重症溃疡性结肠炎病人的一种最佳选择。

Cyclosporin therapy for severe ulcerative colitis

Objective:Cyclosporin (CsA) is a promising alternative for patients with severe steroid-refractory ulcerative colitis previously facing only surgical options. Some of severe ulcerative colitis patients were treated with CsA. Methods:All steroid-refractory severe ulcerative colitis patients treated with CsA from 1998 to 2002 were identified. The data were analyzed. Results:Five patients with severe ulcerative colitis unresponsive to intravenous steroids were treated with oral or intravenous CsA. All of the patients had response. They had avoided colectomy.There was no side effects happened. Conclusions: CsA therapy is high effective for patients with severe steroid-refractory ulcerative colitis. With carefully monitoring for side effects, CsA should be one of the best treatments for steroid-refractory severe ulcerative colitis.
