| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）治疗胸部疾病的可行性。方法：回顾分析电视胸腔镜手术31例的临床资料，复习相关文献资料，总结分析其方法和效果。结果：手术安全可靠，手术时间较传统开胸手术缩短，痛苦轻，术后并发症少，恢复快，符合美容要求。结论：VATS治疗某些胸部疾病是合理的，可行的，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS). Method:The clinic data,methods and effects of 31 cases video-assisted thoracic operation were concluded.The related archives were reviewed.Results:The operative time of VATS is less than the traditional open-up thoracic surgery.VATS is safe and feasible,less pain and complications,and is cosmetic.Conclusions:VATS is rational and feasible to a certain thoracic diseases,and is worthy to spread up. |
