冠心病病人血清IMA与hs-CRP变化及其临床意义

目的探讨冠心病（CHD）与血清缺血修饰清蛋白（IMA）和超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）浓度变化的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法和散射速率比浊法,检测了112例不同类型CHD病人血清IMA和hs-CRP浓度,并与36例正常对照者进行比较。结果 CHD病人血清IMA与hs-CRP浓度显著高于对照组（t′=16.798、20.528,P〈0.01）。急性心肌梗死（AMI）、不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）及稳定型心绞痛（SAP）病人IMA和hs-CRP浓度比较,差异有显著性（F=88.612、68.513,q=5.591~10.803,P〈0.01）。不同类型CHD病人血清IMA与hs-CRP浓度均呈显著正相关（r=0.610~0.757,P〈0.01）。结论血清IMA和hs-CRP浓度变化参与CHD的发生与发展,且与病情严重程度有关。

CHANGES IN SERUM ISCHEMIA MODIFIED ALBUMIN AND HYPERSENSITIVE C-REACTIVE PROTEIN LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between coronary heart disease（CHD） and changes in serum ischemia-modified albumin（IMA） and hypersensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）.MethodsThe levels of serum IMA and hs-CRP in 112 CHD patients were determined by ELISA and light scattering rate nephelometry methods,the results were compared with 36 normal controls.ResultsThe serum IMA and hs-CRP in the patients were higher than that in the controls（t′=16.798,20.528,P0.01）.The differences of IMA and hs-CRP among patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）,unstable angina pectoris（UAP） and stable angina pectoris（SAP） were significant（F=88.612,68.513;q=5.591-10.803;P0.01）.Serum IMA and hs-CRP were positively correlated in different types of CHD（r=0.610-0.757,P0.01）.ConclusionThe changes of serum IMA and hs-CRP involve in the occurrence and development of CHD,which is associated with the severity of the disease.
