| 摘 要： | 目的分析胃癌根治术后复发区域及规律,初步探讨术后放疗范围。方法回顾分析2005年1月—2006年12月胃癌术后复发的220例病人的临床资料,总结复发区域与肿瘤原发部位的关系。结果胃癌原发部位不同,其术后复发区域不完全相同,22例胃底贲门部癌腹膜后淋巴结复发20例,局部复发4例;54例胃体部癌腹膜后淋巴结复发40例,局部复发4例;144例胃窦部癌腹膜后淋巴结复发110例,肝脏转移48例。结论胃癌根治术后放疗靶区应包括腹膜后淋巴结引流区。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo analyze recurrent location and its regular pattern in gastric cancer after radical surgery,and explore the range of postoperative radiotherapy.MethodsA retrospective review was done in 220 patients who were hospitalized,from 2005.1 to 2006.12,with a recurrence after gastric cancer surgery,the relationship between recurrent area and primary site was summarized.ResultsThe recurrent locations were different from their primary sites.In 20 with cancer at gastric fundus and cardia,20 had retroperitoneal lymph node metastases,and four had a local recurrence;54 with cancer of gastric body,40 had retroperitoneal lymphnode recurrences,and four with local recurrence;in 144 with cancer at gastric antrum,retroperitoneal lymph node metastases were found in 110,and 48 with liver invasion.ConclusionRetroperitoneal lymph node draining region should be included in the target area of radiotherapy for patients after radical resection of gastric cancer. |
