玻璃体切割术中应用曲安奈德的临床观察

目的观察曲安奈德（TA）注射液在玻璃体手术中辅助剥除玻璃体后皮质的作用。方法行玻璃体切割术病人148例（152只眼）,手术中在切除轴心及后段玻璃体后,向玻璃体腔注入40g/L的TA混悬液0.02～0.03mL,使之尽可能与残存玻璃体皮质接触吸附,将黏附TA颗粒的玻璃体皮质切除。结果TA辅助玻璃体切割术中清晰可见TA白色颗粒黏附于残留玻璃体皮质,易于剥除玻璃体后皮质;术后炎症反应轻,未出现眼压升高、晶状体混浊加速、眼内炎等并发症。结论TA辅助玻璃体切割术可清晰地显示透明的玻璃体,增加了手术的安全性。

CLINICAL INVESTIGATION OF TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE INJECTION IN VITRECTOMY SURGERY

Objective To investigate the role of triamcinolone acetonide （TA） injection applied in vitreous surgery for assisting removal of posterior vitreous cortex. Methods This operation was done in 148 patients （152 eyes）, intravitreal injection of 0.02-0.03 mL TA （40 g/L） was given after cutting the axis and posterior vitreous so that the residual vitreous cortex was labeled with TA and made easier for removal. Results The residual vitreous cortex adhered with TA granules could be clearly seen and easily removed. The inflammatory reaction was mild after surgery. No complications such as high IOP,aggravated lens opacity or endophthalmitis were found. Conclusion The application of intravitreal injection with TA is helpful to show the hyaline vitreous and identify the residual vitreous cortex in vitrectomy. TA increased the safety of surgery.
