| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工膝关节置换病人围手术期系统康复训练的效果。方法选择行人工膝关节置换的病人80例115膝,在围手术期实施系统的康复锻炼,包括逐步进行的肌力、关节活动度、步态等训练。结果随访36～48个月,按照HSS膝关节评分,优105膝,良8膝,优良率为98.3%。结论人工膝关节置换术后康复是影响手术疗效的重要因素,合理的康复锻炼有助于达到手术效果,提高病人满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative rehabilitation training in patients undergoing total knee replacement （TKR）. Methods Eighty patients （115 knees） undergoing KTR were recruited for the training, which included exercises of muscle strength, joint movement and gait. Results A followed up of 36-48 months showed, according to HSS kneejoint score, that 105 knees were graded excellent, and eight knees were graded good, the effective rate being 98.3%. Conclusion Post-operative convalescent training is an important factor affecting the outcome of TKR and the patients＇ satisfaction. |
