下肢静脉曲张并发交通支反流的全微创手术治疗

目的探讨全微创静脉腔内激光治疗术（EVLT）、腔镜深筋膜下交通支离断术（SEPS）在下肢静脉曲张并发交通支反流中的应用价值。方法对26例下肢静脉曲张并发交通支反流病人32条肢体行SEPS＋EVLT，观察治疗结果。结果术后所有患肢静脉曲张消失，手术切口一期愈合，足靴区溃疡1～4周内愈合，术后住院天数平均8d。随访6～12个月，病人恢复良好，无行走障碍，溃疡无复发。结论应用EVLT＋SEPS全微创手术治疗下肢静脉曲张并发交通支反流安全有效，损伤小，并发症少，达到了微创治疗目的。

THE VALUE OF SUBFASCIAL ENDOSCOPIC PERFORATOR SURGERY AND ENDOVENOUS LASER TREATMENT IN CHRONIC VENOUS INSUFFICIENCY

Objective To study clinical value of totally mini invasive technique, ie subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery （SEPS） and endovenous laser treatment （EVLT）, for chronic venous insufficiency （CVI） of lower limbs. Methods Twenty-six patients with 36 extremities confirmed CVI were treated by SEPS and EVLT. Results The varicose veins disappeared, and incisions primarily healed in all cases. All ulcers healed within one to four weeks. The average postoperative hospital stay was eight days. All the patients did well in walking, and without recurrence. Conclusion The combination therapy of SEPS and EVLT is safe and effective in the treatment of CVI of lower limbs with minimal injury and few complications.
