后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术中护理配合环节的管理

目的探讨后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术术中护理配合关键环节的管理。方法对37例行后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术患者的手术护理配合关键环节进行回顾性分析总结。结果 37例手术均顺利完成,手术用物准备充分,术程各环节护理配合默契、有序,未发生因手术护理不当引起的不良事件,患者术后恢复良好。结论对术中护理配合关键环节制订出相应的流程指引是手术过程环节管理的重要措施,是配合好此类手术的关键,能确保手术的顺利完成。

Management of nursing in coordination with critical link during retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy

Objective To evaluate the management of nursing in coordination with critical link during retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the records of 37 patients who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.The detail of nursing in coordination intraoperativel critical link were concerned.Results No complications and adverse events caused by unsuitable nursing were found in the 37 patients during operation,instruments were well-prepared,while nursing in coordination with critical link were well-performed orderly.Conclusions According to the detail of nursing in coordination with critical link intraoperativelly,making suitable flow sheet was an important part of the management,which can be ensured to the success of operation.
