摘    要:目的:观察康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者单侧空间忽略(unilateral spatial neglect,USN)的影响。方法:采用二等分线段、数字划销、表盘填写、视野检查等方法评价119例脑卒中偏瘫患者,对其中发生USN的97例采用视扫描、木钉盘作业、被动关节活动、患侧肢体触摸、关注和提醒忽略等方法进行治疗和训练。结果:经过43~99d的治疗后,97例患者肢体运动功能明显恢复,日常生活能力提高,二等分线段测验、数字划销及填写表盘时间3项评价的异常率明显下降。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者USN问题及时发现和重视评价,制定相关的康复治疗计划,实施有效关注以及康复训练具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of rehabilitation therapy on unilateral spatial neglect (USN) in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 119 stroke patients with hemiplegia were assessed by methods of dividing on a line into equal two parts, deleting figure, filling in watch plate and checking up field of vision. Among them, 97 patients suffered from USN were treated and trained through several kinds of therapies including optical scan training, pegging down trencher exercise, passively activating joint training, as well as toughing and wakening the sick body. Results: After 43 to 99 days treatment for the 97 patients, daily life ability had obviously inproved with rehabilitation of body's function of motion and the abnormal ratio, which emerged through assessment of the methods of dividing a line into equal two parts, deleting figure and filling in watch plate was obviously decreased. Conclusion: Via discovering problems of USN on time and regarding assessment, we should draw up plan related rehabilitation and bring the effectively reminding concern and training methods of rehabilitation into practice.
