手法治疗神经根型颈椎病体感诱发电位的变化

目的 :观察手法治疗神经根型颈椎病体感诱发电位 (somatosensoryevokedpotentials,SEP)的变化。方法 :5 0例神经根型颈椎病患者分为手法组及常规组各 2 5例 ,治疗前及治疗 2周后检查SEP。结果 :治疗后总有效率手法组 96 % ,常规组 88% ;临床治愈率手法组为 6 0 % ,常规组 4 0 %。 2组间疗效及平均治疗时间差异无显著性。治疗前SEP异常率为 5 6 % (2 8/ 5 0例 ) ,主要表现为N9、N11及N13 潜伏期延长 ;治疗后 2组各潜伏期均有改善 ,手法组N11潜伏期改善较常规组更显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :手法治疗可改善神经根型颈椎病的临床症状。

Changes of SEP by Manual Rehabilitation on Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective: To observe the effect of manual rehabilitation on somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR). Methods: Fifty CSR cases were divided into manual rehabilitation group and routine group equally. The SEP was examined before and 2 weeks after the rehabilitation treatment. Results: The total effective rate in manual rehabilitation group and routine group were 96% and 88% with the clinical healing rate being 60% and 40% respectively. There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect and the mean course of treatment between the two groups. The abnormal rate of SEP was 56% before the treatment. The main abnormality was the delay of the latent period of N 9, N 11 and N 13 . The latent periods in both groups were shortened after treatment. Compared with the routine group, the latent periods of N 11 in manual rehabilitation group were shortened significantly( P <0.05). Conclusion: Manual rehabilitation can improve the symptom in CSR patients.
