家庭康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活能力及运动功能的影响

目的 :探讨家庭康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活能力 (ADL)及运动功能的影响。方法 :脑卒中偏瘫患者 12 8例随机分成 2组各 6 4例 ,2组住院期间进行药物和康复治疗 ,出院后康复组仍坚持正规家庭康复指导 ,对照组仅进行自我锻炼。出院时及出院 8周后进行Brunnstorm运动功能测评及Barthel指数评分。结果 :8周后 2组Barthel指数及偏瘫肢体的运动功能均有改善 ,其改善幅度康复组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脑卒中患者出院后仍进行正规的家庭康复指导 ,能明显提高ADL及肢体的运动功能。

Effect of Family Rehabilitation on Motor Function and Activities of Daily Living in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

Objective:To study the effect of family rehabilitation on motor function and activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods:128 patients were randomly divided into two groups: rehabilitation group (64 cases) and control group (64 cases). All patients in both two group were subjected to clinical treatment and regular rehabilitation training in the hospital. The patients in the rehabilitation group underwent regular rehabilitation training at home after leaving the hospital, but those in the control group were given no-guided self-training after leaving the hospital. The evaluation was done on the day patients were discharged from hospital and 8 weeks after leaving hospital respectively. Motor function and ADL were assessed by Brunnstrom assessment and Barthel index respectively. Results:Motor function scores and ADL scores in the two groups were increased after treatment for 8 weeks, but there was significant difference between the two groups. The scores in the rehabilitation group were obviously higher than in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Family rehabilitation training of the patients with hemiplegia can obviously improve motor function of the limbs and ADL.
