| 摘 要： | 32名中风6个月以上未经早期康复治疗的晚期患者,接受了3个月的系统康复治疗,每一患者均进行偏瘫肢体运动功能和 ADL 能力的评价,并选择不同的治疗方法,主要有生物力学治疗,神经生理与发育治疗及代偿训练。结果表明:错过了早期康复机会的晚期患者经过系统康复治疗后,偏瘫肢体运动功能及 ADL 能力仍有可能获得较大的改善。

| Abstract: | Thirty-two hemiplegic stroke patients with the duration of over 6 months accepted intensive
rehabilitation treatment for 3 months.Evaluation of hemiplegic extremity movement function and ADL were
conducted in each patient with different treatment approaches selected such as biomechanical,NDT,NPT and
compensatory training.The results showed that the chronic stroke patients who were not given rehabilitation
treatment in the early stage demonstrated significant improvement in hemiplegic extremity function and ADL. |
