| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨康复护理对运动性失语患者的语言康复和非语言交流能力的作用。方法：35例运动性失语患者随机分为康复组18例和对照组17例，康复组进行为期3个月的言语康复训练和护理，对照组仪给予日常治疗护理。采用标准汉语失语检查法评定患者语言功能恢复情况。结果：复述、表达及运用语言功能方面与治疗前比较康复组明显恢复（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），且优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：康复护理对运动性失语患者的语言康复和非语言交流能力有良好的促进作用。

| Abstract: | objective: To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing on language rehabilitation and nonverbal communication ability in patient with Broca aphasia.Methods: Thirty-five patients with Broca aphasia were divided randomly into two groups: rehabilitation group(18 cases) receiving language rehabilitation training and nursing besides routine medical nursing and control group(17 cases) only receiving routine medical nursing.Standard Chinese Aphasia examination was performed to assess the recovery of language function.Results:After rehabilitation nursing,the patients with aphasia had an obvious improvement in language repetition and expression,and language use as compared with that before rehabilitation nursing(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing has a better effect on the language rehabilitation and nonverbal communication in patients with Broca aphasia. |
