电针配合功能训练治疗急性期脑卒中偏瘫

摘    要:目的:观察电针配合功能训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:154例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各77例,均按急性脑卒中常规处理,病情稳定后均给予电针治疗,观察组同时配合功能训练。结果:治疗15-30d后疗效评定,观察组总有效率高于对照组(96.1%、89.6%,P〈0.05)。Barthel指数及FMA运动积分与治疗前比较,2组均有显著提高(P〈0.05、0.01),观察组优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:电针配合功能训练能显著提高急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能及ADL。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect of electro-acupuncture and functional training for stroke-induced hemiplegia. Methods: 154 of stroke-induced hemiplegia cases were randomly divided into two groups (n=77 in each group). The observation group was treated by electro-acupuncture and functional training, and the control group by electro-acupuncture only. Results: The total effective rate in observation and control groups was 96.1% and 89.6 % respectively (P<0.05). After treatment, the Barthel index and FAM scores in both two groups were significantly increased as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture and functional training could significantly improve the extremity function and ADL of the patients with acute stroke-induced hemiplegia.
