针刺加康复训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍的疗效

目的：观察针刺治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的疗效。方法：66例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者分为观察组和对照组,均采用常规中西医治疗及康复训练,观察组同时加用针刺治疗。治疗前后以洼田试验评分评定疗效。结果：治疗30d后,洼田试验评分与治疗前比较2组均有不同程度改善（P〈0.01）,且观察组疗效更明显（P〈0.01）。2组中脑出血患者疗效优于脑梗死,大脑半球损伤优于脑干损伤患者。结论：针刺可以明显提高脑卒中吞咽障碍的疗效。

Effectiveness of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Dysphagia Caused by Stroke

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on dysphagia poststroke.Methods:Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=36)and the control group(n=30).The patients in the treatment group were treated with combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation training,and those in the control group with simple rehabilitation training.By using drinking test,the therapeutic effectiveness was assessed before and after treatment.Results:Thirty days after treatment,the drinking test scores were improved to varying degrees as compared with those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).The effectiveness was more satisfactory in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy can effectively increase the therapeutic effectiveness of rehabilitation on dysphagia.
