| 摘 要： | 目的观察针炙和推拿等综合治疗对脑瘫康复的作用.方法采用头皮针、体针、水针、推拿及功能训练对42例(综合组)脑瘫患儿进行综合治疗,并设对照组25例进行疗效比较.结果经过4个月至＞1年的治疗后,采用西苑医院海淀神经伤残儿童医院研究的7项疗效评估标准评定,综合组显效率56.2%,对照组24.0%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论针灸和推拿等综合康复治疗较单纯应用康复治疗的方法能更能有效的提高脑瘫的治疗效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the role of comprehensive therapies of acupuncture and massage in the cerebral palsy rehabilitation. Methods By using the methods of scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture, water acupuncture, massage and function training, 42 cerebral palsy children (observation group) received comprehensive therapies and 25 cases served as control group. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment for 4 months to over one year, 7 criteria for therapeutic effect evaluation put forward by Xiyuan Hospital and Haidian Disabled Child Hospital were used to assess the therapeutic effects. In the observation group, the effective rate was 56.2 % vs 24.0 % in the control group ( P <0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus massage combined with other rehabilitation therapies could more effectively enhance the therapeutic effects on cerebral palsy than rehabilitation therapy alone did. |
