| 摘 要： | 为观察关节松动术对肩周炎的疗效，采用并节松动术对肩周炎患者进行治疗并与传统疗法（椎拿、理疗）组进行疗效比较。结果：关节松动术组对减轻疼痛和增加关节活动度等方面均优于传统治疗组，经统计学处理分别ｔ＝１３．２，Ｐ〈０．００１；ｔ＝１８．７２，Ｐ〈０．００１。提示：关节松动术治疗肩周炎疗效明显优于传统治疗组。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the therapeutic effects of joint mobilization in scapulohumeral periarthritis, the joint mobilization technique was used to treat patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis and the effects were compared with those of tradition therapy. It was found that the therapcutic effects in alleviating pain and increasing ROM in joint mobilization group was much better than in the traditional therapy group (P<0. 001). It was suggested that the effect of joint mobilization is better than that of traditional group in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. |
