| 摘 要： | 运用关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎38例,治愈14例,显效18例,好转5例,治愈显效率为84.21%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而且肩关节ROM有明显增加(P<0.001).结果提示;松动术治疗肩周炎有4个优点:①疗程短,见效快;②止痛效果佳,患者容易接受;③ROM改善明显;④手法简便易学.

| Abstract: | 38 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by joint mobilization. The rsults showed 14 cases were cured, 18 cases obtained significant effect and 5 improvement. The cure and significant effect rate was 84. 21%. There was a significant difference as compared with control group (P<0. 05). The ROM of shoulder joint were significantly improved (P<0. 001). It was demonstrated that mobilization in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis had four advantages: 1) the period of treatment was short and effect was obtained quickly; 2) effects against pain was satisfactory and the treatment easily accepted by the patients; 3) the ROM was remarkable improved; and 4) the manipulation is easy to learn. |
