社区家庭病床对精神分裂症患者康复的作用

目的：探讨家庭病床综合治疗对精神分裂症的康复作用。方法：对85例精神分裂症患者进行为期1年的家庭病床综合治疗，并每6个月评定1次患者的疗效、复发率、治疗的依从性、社会功能（全劳动）、对社会负性影响和简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度（CGI-SI）评分。结果：家庭病床综合治疗第6个月及1年时，患者的显效率、治疗的完全依从性、复发率、BPRS、CGI-SI评分与治疗前比较均显著改善（P〈0．05或P〈0．001），复发率（10．6％）、对社会负性影响（2．4％）及直接医疗费用均显著下降（P〈0．001）。结论：家庭病床综合治疗对精神分裂症患者的整体功能的提高有很大促进作用。并显著减轻患者的家庭和社会负担，在我国城区精神病社区康复工作中切实可行。

Community Rehabilitation of Schizophrenic Patients by Family-sickbed Complex

Objective: To study the rehabilitation effects of family-sickbed complex treatment on schizophrenic patients.Methods: A total of 85 cases that were in family-sickbeds of our community prevention and cure service voluntarily received one-year family-sickbed complex treatment.The curative effect,recurrence rate,compliance,society function,negative influence and scores of the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS) and clinical global impression-severity of illness(CGI-SI) were assessed every 6 months.Results: At the sixth month,the entire above observation indices had an obvious improvement(P<0.05 or P<(0.01)).After one-year treatment,the curative rate(28.2 %),effective rate(84.7 %),complete compliance(95.3 %) and society function(43.5 %) were significantly increased as compared with those before treatment,while the recurrence rate((10.6 %)) and negative influence(2.4 %) were obviously decreased(P<0.001),meanwhile hospitalization cost was reduced remarkably(P<0.001).Conclusion: The family-sickbed complex treatment has upstanding effects on schizophrenic patients,and it is viable in psychopathy patients' community rehabilitation in China.
