| 摘 要： | 应用Fugl—Meyer评价法对65例脑卒中患者进行了评价,并对其与Brunnstrom评价法和Barthel指数的关系进行了分析,发现Fugl—Meyer评价法中除感觉和疼痛外,其余各项目的内部相关性很好。与Brunnstrom评价法和Barthel指数的相关性密切,不同的是它能直观反应运动模式,有利于指导治疗,本方法是一种很好的偏瘫躯体功能综合评价法。

The Applicability of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale for Evaluation of Stroke Patients |

| Abstract: | 65 stroke patients were evaluated with Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale, Barthel Index and Brunnstrom Stage. The results showed that all the it(?)ms except pain and sensation were highly related to each other; that there were a strong correlation between the score of Fugl-Meyer assessment and that of Barthel Index and that of Brunnstrom Stage. We Concl uded that Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale is a very applicable evaluation tool. |
