水针注射夹脊穴与中药内服治疗颈椎病

目的 :观察当归注射液夹脊穴注射与口服中药治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 :颈椎病患者 60例 ,采用当归注射液 2ml于颈 4、5两侧夹脊穴注射 ,并内服活血化瘀、止痛、祛痰、舒筋通络的中药。结果 :患者的临床症状明显缓解 ,症状积分显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;经颅超声多普勒检测颈总、颈内、椎动脉血流速度与治疗前比较明显增快(P <0 .0l或P <0 .0 5)。结论 :针药并用治疗颈椎病疗效显著 ,值得临床推广。

Cervical Spondylosis Treated by the Method of Fluid Injection on Jiaji Point in Combination with Chinese Medicine Administration

Objective:To study the clinical therapeuti c effectiveness of fluid injection on jiaji point in combination with Chinese medi cine administration in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods: Sixty ca ses of cervical spondylosis were subjected to the injection of 2 ml Danggui solu tion to the bilateral Jiaji points at C4,5 in combined with administration of Ch inese Medicines reducing phlegm and dispelling blood stasis.Results: The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients were significantly alle viated and the symptom integral obviously reduced (P<0.01). The ultrasonic D oppler examination revealed that the blood flow velocity of cervical arteries an d vertebral artery after treatment was significantly accelerated as compared wit h that before treatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: The method of acupuncture in combination with Chinese herbs is effec tive to the patients with cervical spondylosis.
