摘    要:目的:探讨治疗剂量超声波对青年血浆内皮素(ET)、心钠素(ANF)和心脏电生理学的影响。方法:以800KHz脉冲式超声波1.2W/cm^2作用于青年自愿者心前区15min,超声作用前后取血测定ET和ANF,同时检查心率、心律和心电图。结果:超声波作用后正常青年血浆ET、ANF及心率、心律、心电图及治疗前比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:治疗量超声波对正常青年血浆ET、ANF和心脏电生理无影响。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence of the therapeutic dose ultrasound on plasma endothelin (ET), atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) and heart electrophysiology in normal subjects. Methods: The pulsed wave ultrasound of 800 KHz and intensity of 1.2 W/cm 2 was applied over the precardial region of 25 healthy young volunteers for 15 min. Plasma ET and ANF were determined by radioimmunoassey before and after the ultrasound therapy. The heart rate and heart thythm, electrocardiogram were measured simultaneously. Results: There was no significant difference in plasma ET and ANF, the heart rate and heart rhythm, electrocardiogram in healthy people between the pre and post ultrasound therapy ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion: The therapeutic dose of ultrasound has no influence on plasma ET, ANF and heart electrophysiology in normal young subjects.
