慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性的调查及护理对策

目的：了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性的现状，提供开展功能锻炼的护理依据。方法：采用自行设计的问卷调查50例COPD患者呼吸功能锻炼的情况，并对其效果进行比较。结果：50例患者坚持进行锻炼16例（32％）；偶尔锻炼25例（50％），从未进行过锻炼9例（18％）；坚持锻炼的患者6min行走距离明显高于未或偶尔进行锻炼的患者（P〈0.05）。结论：呼吸功能锻炼能改善患者的肺功能，部分患者由于功能锻炼的知识严重缺乏，依从性差，限制了临床推广；采取多种形式大力普及功能锻炼知识，并加强对COPD患者功能锻炼的管理，可以提高COPD患者功能锻炼的依从性，达到提高自我保健能力，控制疾病发展的目的。

Compliance of Respiratory Ventilatory Muscle Training in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Nursing Countermeasures

Objective:To investigate the compliance of respiratory ventilatory muscle training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and nursing intervention.Methods: By using self-designed questionnaire,respiratory ventilatory muscle training of 50 patients with COPD was studied and the consequence was analyzed.Results: Sixteen patients(32%) insisted on exercise regularly,25 patients(50%) exercised infrequently and 9 patients(18%) never exercised.In 6 min walk' test,the patients who had insisted on exercise achieved better results.Conclusion: Respiratory ventilatory muscle training can enhance lung function of the patient with COPD.It is necessary to carry out nursing intervention to propagandize the knowledge of respiratory ventilatory muscle training and encourage the patients do it regularly.
