| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全膝关节置换术治疗骨性膝关节炎围手术期的护理。方法回顾性分析1999年6月～2004年1月间我院对16例患有骨性膝关节炎采用全膝关节置换术治疗围手术期的护理,并进行分析。结果16例患者均获得随访,随访时间为6～42M,结果优10例,良6例。结论围手术期的护理对提高全膝关节置换术的疗效,降低并发症具有重要临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical effect of perioperative nursing of total knee replace (TKR) in severe osteoarthritis. Methods 16 patients with severe osteoarthritis were treated with TKR between June 1999 and January 2004,clinical perioperative nursing was analysed. Results 16 cases were fellowed up with from 6-42 months . the results were excellenct 10 cases,good 6 cases according to HSS's assay standard. Conclusions Perioperative nursing is very important in TKR with good clinical result and low complications. |
