经皮冠状动脉腔内支架术后失眠的护理对策

目的探讨经皮冠状动脉腔内支架术患者术后失眠的护理对策.方法采用自行设计的术后睡眠情况调查表,对A、B 2组各30例经皮冠状动脉腔内支架术患者睡眠状况进行问卷调查.通过A组（对照组）失眠原因的调查,对B组（实验组）30例患者有针对性地采取舒适卧位等相应护理对策.结果A组患者术后第1 d失眠率为93%.失眠原因依次为：肢体制动,排尿困难,环境因素,精神心理因素.B组患者术后第1 d失眠率为80%.结论有效的护理对策能提高患者的睡眠质量.

Nursing Countermeasure to Insomnia after Percutaneous Coronary Artery Endoprosthesis

Objective To explore the nursing countermeasure to the insomnia patients after percutaneous coronary artery endoprosthesis. Methods With self-designed questionnaire, the sleep qualities of 30 patients were investigated, including insomnia rate and insomnia reasons in A group after percutaneous coronary artery endoprosthesis. Patients in A group only were given conventional nursing and the patients in B group were given the pertinent nursing countermeasure such as comfortable decubitus position. Results The insomnia rate at the first day in A group after percutaneous coronary artery endoprosthesis was 93.3%, the insomnia reasons were limbs caging, dysuria, environmental factor and psychological factor by turns, and the insomnia rate at the first day in B group after percutaneous coronary artery endoprosthesis was 93.3%(P<0.05). Conclusions The effective nursing countermeasure can raise the sleep quality.
