| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种有效安全的减轻化疗所致恶心呕吐的治疗方案.方法将88例乳腺癌术后和肺癌化疗病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用昂丹司琼与安定联合止吐,对照组采用甲氧氯普胺与地塞米松联合止吐,观察两组疗效.结果观察组有效率为86.96%,对照组有效率为64.29%,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论昂丹司琼与安定联合治疗对化疗所致恶心呕吐有明显的预防作用,具有临床应用前景.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a effect and safe therapy plan that can decrease nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy.Methods 88 patients with breast cancer(postoperation) and lung cancer(received chemotherapy) were divided randomly into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group used ondansetron and diazepam,and those in control group used metoclopramide and dexamethasone.The effect of two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of observation group was 86.96% and 64.29% of control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with carcinoma,odansetron combined with diazepam can prevent effectively nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy and it may play effective role in clinical practise. |
