| 摘 要： | 目的研究2型糖尿病患者自我效能与自我管理水平之间的关系.方法采用糖尿病自我效能量表和自我管理评估量表,以方便抽样方法调查139例门诊随访2型糖尿病患者.结果2型糖尿病患者自我效能与自我管理水平普遍低下;2型糖尿病患者自我效能与自我管理呈正相关.结论加强健康教育,尤其注重患者自我效能与自我管理水平的提高,科学运用自我效能理论,设计和开展糖尿病自我管理健康促进项目,从而提高临床护理质量、提高糖尿病患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management of patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A convenience sample of 139 patients with type-2 diabetes was investigated by diabetes self-efficacy scale(DSES) and Diabetes self-management scale(DSMS).Results Both the level of self-efficacy and self-management of patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus were low generally.Spearman relation analysis showed that the level of diabetes self-efficacy was positively correlated with the level of diabetes self-management.Conclusions Diabetes self-efficacy and self-management should be designed in health education programmer so as to elevate nursing quality and the quality of life of patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus. |
