老年机械通气伴胸腔积液患者胸腔置管引流的配合及护理对策

目的探讨胸腔置管在老年机械通气胸腔积液引流中应用的临床效果及护理对策.方法胸腔置管对26例老年机械通气胸腔积液患者进行了引流治疗,观察引流及治疗效果、安全性及并发症发生率.结果26例治疗患者均置管成功,引流治疗并发症发生率低,取得满意的治疗和护理效果.结论胸腔置管引流并腔内灌注药物是治疗老年机械通气胸腔积液的有效方法,术中密切配合,术后有针对性的加强观察和护理,有助于治疗的顺利进行.特别是避免了机械通气因反复胸腔穿刺致气胸的可能.

Nursing on Application of Central Venous Catheterization in Older Patients with Pleura Effusion

Objective To explore clinical application and nursing of central venous catheterization in older patients with pleura effusion and received mechanical ventilation. Methods 26 older patients with pleura effusion and received mechanical ventilation were treated by central venous catheterization for drainage. Depleting effect, safety and incidence of complication were observed. Results 26 patients installed central venous catheterization successfully and incidence of complication was low. The effect was satisfactory. Conclusions Centrat venous catheterization is an effective method to treat order patients with pleura effusion and received mechanical ventilation. Careful observing and nursing contribute to successful treatment.
