肺康复计划对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响

目的探讨肺康复计划对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生存质量的影响。方法对40例COPD患者在稳定期进行呼吸康复训练,同时坚持长期氧疗(LTOT),配合营养支持6~9个月后分别用生存质量量表(SF-36)和6 min步行距离(6MWD)进行生存质量和运动能力测评。结果肺康复计划后患者生存质量和运动能力评分与肺康复计划前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论肺康复计划能够显著提高COPD患者的生存质量和运动能力。

Effect of pulmonary recovery plan on the living quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To discuss the effect of pulmonary recovery plan on the living quality of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients.Methods 40 COPD patients took the breathing recovery training when they were in the stable state.At the same time,they took long-term oxygen treatment(LTOT) and received adequate nutrition.6 to 9 months later,the living quality and sporting ability were evaluated by SF-36 and 6 min walking distance (6MWD),respectively.Results The patients' living quality and sporting ability got a great improvement after taking the pulmonary recovery plan.The difference was quite clear(P<0.001).Conclusions The pulmonary recovery plan can greatly improve COPD patients' living quality and sporting ability.
