产科健康教育和护理一体化工作模式研究

目的 研究一体化护理模式对围产保健质量的影响。方法 在建立健全一体化护理工作模式组织管理和质量评价体系的基础上，对孕产妇实行产前建卡、登记及标准健康教育；产时全程陪伴分娩；产后母婴同室，提供协同式护理；在产妇出院后1周内，通过电话追踪或派专人到产妇家中进行访视。结果 一体化护理模式使孕产妇产前认知水平及产后自我护理能力提高，使新生儿窒息及产后出血等产科主要并发症降低。结论 一体化护理模式使护理的职能得到拓展，使围产保健的质量得到提高。

Health Education and Nursing Integrative Working Model Research in Obstetrical Department

Objective To study the effect of the integrative nursing model on the health of the pregnant women.Methods Basing on the building and perfecting the management and quality valuation system of the integrative nursing model. We set up check form, registration to the pregnant and gave them standard health education before labor, companying all the process in labor and let the mother and the baby live together after labor. We offered cooperative nursing, such as by telephone or paying visit to the mother and the baby to their home by the person specially assigned during the first week after labor.Results The integrative nursing has made the pregnant increase acknowledge before labor and develop their self tending ability after labor, which lowers the complication rates of asphyxia neonatorum and postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusions The integrative nursing model develops the nursing function and improves the health quality before, in and labor.
