按摩乳中穴减少产后出血的临床观察

目的观察按摩乳中穴对减少产后出血的效果。方法选择分娩产妇392例,随机分为2组,在胎儿娩出后均给产妇常规肌肉注射催产素20U,观察组给予按摩乳中穴。比较2组产妇产后出血量和产后出血的发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组产后出血量及产后出血的发生率均明显少于对照组。结论产后按摩乳中穴可有效增强子宫收缩,减少产后出血的发生,该方法简便安全,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of decreasing flooding by giving a massage to the point in the middle of breast

Objective To observe the effect of decreasing the flooding by giving a massage to the point in the middle of breast. Methods 392 cases of puerperal women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. After laboring, both groups were injected 20u oxytocin in muscle. The observation group was given a massage to the point in the middle of breast. The quantity and the rate of flooding in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a less quantity and a lower rate of blooding. Conclusions It can effectively intensify the uterine contraction and reduce the occurrence of flooding in the way by giving a massage to the point in the middle of breast. This method is more convenient and safe. It is worthy of applying and popularizing.
