情志护理对卒中后抑郁患者心理康复的疗效观察

目的应用情志护理方法对卒中后抑郁患者进行心理康复指导,观察其效果,探讨并建立一套行之有效的情志护理康复护理方案。方法将126例在我院脑病中心住院的脑卒中患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理方法,治疗组在常规护理的方法上加用情志护理方法,分别在治疗前和治疗后的1个月、2个月、3个月采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评测,观察情志护理方法对患者心理康复的影响。结果2组患者治疗前汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分无明显差别(P>0.05),而治疗后2组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分则有明显的变化,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情志护理的方法有利于促进脑卒中抑郁患者的心理康复。

Effect observation of TCM psychiatry nursing in psychiatry rehabilitation instruction for patients with post-stroke depression

Objective To observe the effect of TCM psychiatry nursing in psychiatry rehabilitation instruction for patients with post-stroke depression in order to establish an effective TCM nursing protocol for the patient's psychiatry rehabilitation.Methods 126 inpatients with stroke in the Encephalopathy Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The patients in control group received routine nursing only,while those in treatment group received TCM psychiatry nursing in addition to routine nursing.The HAMD depression scale was applied as outcome measurement tool at the following time points respectively:one month before the treatment,one and two and three months after the treatment.Results Before the treatment,the scores of HAMD depression scale of two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).However,the scores of the HAMD depression scale of two groups varied after the treatment,and there was significant different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM psychiatry intervention helps to improve the mental recovery of the patients with post-stroke depression.
