系统性红斑狼疮患者院前用药和生活习惯的相关因素研究

目的了解系统性红斑狼疮患者(SLE)院前用药与生活习惯的相关因素。方法采用自编的SLE患者院前用药及生活习惯调查表,按年龄、文化程度、经济收入、对疾病的了解程度相关因素分组,对85例SLE患者的住院前用药及生活习惯进行调查。结果年龄≥45岁组、文化程度低组、家庭经济差组及患者对疾病的了解程度较少组较15~44岁组、文化程度高组、经济好组及对疾病的了解程度较好组相比,前组自用药行为及不良生活习惯均明显高于后组,差异有显著性(均P<0.05)。结论年龄、文化程度、家庭经济状况及患者对疾病的了解程度是导致自行用药行为和不良生活习惯的主要原因。

Investigation on correlation factors of pre-admission drug administration and living habits of patients with SLE

Objective To study the correlation factors of pre-admission drug administration and living habits of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods According to age, education degree, economic conditions and knowledge of SLE, 85 patients were divided into four groups. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the pre-admission behavior and living habits of them. Results The self-administration of a drug and the bad living habit in the patients of the group with the age of over than 45 were higher than those of the group with the age from 15 to 45. The same were also observed in the groups with a bad education or a good education, in the groups with a bad economic condition or a good economic condition, and in the groups with a little of knowledge or a rich knowledge of SLE (P<0.05). Conclusions Age, education degree, economic condition and knowledge of SLE may be the main reasons that cause a self-administration of drug and bad living habits.
