摘    要:目的分析叙事性带教方式与精神科教学质量的关系。方法采用随机分组、双盲法。在护生实习结束前对有关临床的应对、个人体会、目标、价值、需要等问题进行开放式问答。以学生考试成绩作为评估教学效果的指标。结果叙事性带教方式(A组)平均得分80分以上者100%,一般带教方式(B组)平均得分80分以上者约23%。结论叙事性带教方式能让护生更快地掌握带教者的各种应对经验及了解伴随经验而来的想法和感受,提高对精神科护理工作的兴趣。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between the narrative teaching technique and the teaching quality at the psychiatric department.Methods The random grouping and double blind trial technique were adopted.Before the student nurses finished their practice,they were examined on replying about clinic,personal experience,objective,value,demand,etc,by way of asking and answering.The final score of the exam was taken as the criteria evaluating the teaching quality.Results 100% of the student nurses under the narrative teaching technique(Group A)achieved an average score of 80,while only 23% of those under the ordinary teaching technique(Group B)got such a score.Conclusions Narrative teaching technique enables the student nurses to more quickly master the teacher's replying experience and some ideas and feelings following that experience,and to arouse their interest in the nursing job at the psychiatric department.
