介入性综合治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理

目的 探讨下肢深静脉血栓行介入及综合征治疗的疗效和护理要点。方法 对15例下肢深静脉血栓患者采取下腔静脉滤器置入 溶栓治疗的综合征治疗方法并对其进行术前，术中、术后护理。结果 11例患者阻塞段血管通畅，血液流动，4例患者还有部分栓塞，本组15例患者均无肺栓塞等并发症。结论 采用综合方法治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效显著。同时术前，术中，术后护理对腔静脉滤器置入及溶栓治疗的顺利完成具有重要作用。

Nursing of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombus Patients with Interventional Therapy

Objective To probe the effect and the main points of nursing in lower extremity deep venous thrombus during interventional treatment.Methods To review the nusing of 15 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis received interventional procedures (Vena cava filter implantation & thrombolytic therapy).Results the result showed complete lysis of the obstructed segment in 11 patients and partial lysis of the obstructed segment in 4 patients. No one occurred pulmonary artery embolization.Conclusions Interventional treatment is an effective method to solve lower extremity deep venous thrombus and all around nursing in operation will take an important effect.
