银杏叶提取物联合尼莫地平治疗血管性眩晕患者的临床效果及对椎基底动脉血流量的影响

目的观察银杏叶提取物联合尼莫地平治疗血管性眩晕患者的临床效果及对椎基底动脉血流量的影响。方法选取血管性眩晕94例,依据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组两组各47例。观察组采用银杏叶提取物联合尼莫地平治疗,对照组采用尼莫地平治疗。比较两组治疗后临床效果、治疗前后椎基底动脉血流量、治疗后生活满意度和治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.74%高于对照组总有效率78.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组左椎动脉、右椎动脉和基底动脉血流量均较治疗前增加;观察组左椎动脉、右椎动脉和基底动脉血流量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后3、6、9和12个月,观察组生活满意度量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应总发生率为21.28%高于对照组不良反应总发生率12.77%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物联合尼莫地平治疗血管性眩晕患者能提高临床效果,改善椎基底动脉血流量,且患者生活满意高,安全性好。

Clinical Efficacy of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Combined with Nimodipine on Its Effect on Vertebral Artery Blood Flow in Patients with Vascular Vertigo

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Nimodipine and its effect on blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery in patients with vascular vertigo.Methods A total of 94 patients with vascular vertigo were enrolled,and then divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=47)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Nimodipine,and the control group was treated with Nimodipine.The clinical efficacy,changes of blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery before and after treatment,life satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.72%)(P<0.01).After treatment,the blood flow of the left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery,and basilar artery of patients in the two groups was significantly increased compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).At 3,6,9 and 12 months after treatment,the life satisfaction scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 21.28%in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(12.77%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Nimodipine can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with vascular vertigo and the blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery,and the patient has a high life satisfaction and good safety.
