| 摘 要： | 目的:观察步长稳心颗粒与胺碘酮联合治疗老年室性早搏的效果.方法:将2004年2月～2007年4月门诊及住院治疗的64例老年室性早搏随机分为两组.治疗组给予步长稳心颗粒9 g每日3次口服,胺碘酮0.2 g每日3次口服,7天后胺碘酮减为每日2次,维持量为每日0.1～0.2 g.对照组单纯予胺碘酮口服,用法同治疗组.分别观察两组治疗前后主观症状、心电图、24小时动态心电图、血尿常规、血糖、血脂、肝肾功能等变化.结果: 治疗组总有效率为82.34%,对照组为66.66%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:步长稳心颗粒与胺碘酮合用治疗老年室性心律失常疗效满意,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广应用.
