驻川部队老年人高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的患病率及危险因素分析

目的了解驻川部队离退休干部高尿酸血症和代谢综合征的患病现状,探讨高尿酸血症(HUA)与代谢综合征(MS)的相关性。方法对2009年进行健康体检的驻川部队离退休干部血尿酸、血脂、血糖、血压、体质量等测定结果进行统计分析。结果实际检测人数为2 785例,其中男性2 582例,占92.7%;女性203例,占7.3%。HUA及MS的患病率分别为25.9%、28.5%;高尿酸血症组的体质量指数(BM I)、血压、三酰甘油、空腹血糖水平高于尿酸正常组,高密度脂蛋白低于尿酸正常组,P<0.05。结论离退休干部高尿酸血症和代谢综合征患病率较高,与BM I、血压、三酰甘油和空腹血糖有关。

Study on the prevalence and relation of hyperuricemia and metabolism syndrome in aged people

Objective To analyze the prevalence of hyperuricemia and metabolism syndrome in the army retired officers in Sichuan and investigate the relativity of hyperuricemia with metabolism syndrome among these people.Methods The medical examination results of serum uric acid（SUA）,cholesterol,triglycerides,blood sugar,blood pressure and body weight were analyzed statistically in 2582 army retired officers in Sichuan.Results Among 2785 participants,2582 male（92.7%）and 203 female（7.3%）were surveyed.The total morbidity rate of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome were 25.9% and 28.5%,respectively.Body mass index（BMI）,blood pressure,triglyceride and fasting blood-glucose in the hyperuricemia group were significantly higher and the high density lipoprotein is lower than those in the normal group（P0.05）.Conclusion The morbidity rate of hyperuricemia and metabolism syndrome in the retired officers of army in Sichuan is high.A clear relevance is shown between hyperuricemia and BMI,blood pressure,triglycerides and fasting blood-glucose.
