昆明市女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染情况及其相关因素分析

目的调查昆明市女性人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况,探讨宫颈病变和人乳头状瘤病毒感染的关系及其感染的相关因素。方法选取5268例患者为研究对象,取宫颈脱落细胞,用导流杂交基因芯片技术进行HPV基因分型,同时对310例患者进行宫颈病理切片检查。结果 5268例患者中,HPV阳性1157例(21.96%)。高危亚型感染1045例(19.84%);低危亚型感染112例(2.12%)。1045例高危型患者中单一亚型感染841例(80.5%),混合亚型感染204例(19.5%),感染率最高的4种亚型为HPV52、16、18、58型。在低等级宫颈病变患者中,HPV感染亚型主要为52型,高等级的宫颈病变中主要为16型。影响HPV感染的相关因素有:初次性生活年龄、性伴侣数和有无吸烟史,且均为HPV感染的独立因素。结论昆明市女性HPV感染以52型为主,其次为16、18、58型,HPV感染与宫颈病变关系密切,不良的生活和性生活习惯可致HPV感染。

The analysis of related factors and infection status of human papilloma virus among women of Kunming

Objective To survey the infection situation of human papilloma virus in women of KunMing,and explore the relationship between the cervical lesion and human papilloma virus（ HPV） infection,and related factors of HPV infection. Methods A total of 5268 women were selected from the second affiliated hospital of KunMing medical university from January 2012-April 2014 as study objects. we tested HPV- DNA genotype in cervical cell sample with diversion hybrid gene chip technology,and 310 patients were inspected by cervical pathological biopsy.Results There were 1157 cases（ 21. 96） with HPV positive,including 1045 cases（ 19. 84%） high- risk subtype and 112 cases（ 2. 12%） low- risk subtype. One thousand and forty five cases of high- risk patients including single subtype infection 841 cases（ 80. 5%） and mixed subtype infection 204 cases（ 19. 5%）. The four kinds of most common infection subtypes were HPV52,16,18 and 58. At low levels in patients with cervical lesions,The HPV subtypes were mainly HPV52 in low level patients with cervical lesions,and HPV 16 was mainly subtypes in the high grade of cervical lesions. The related factors of HPV infection were： first sex age,number of sexual partners,and smoking,they were independent factors of HPV infection. Conclusion HPV52 is the main type of women HPV infection in KunMing. HPV infection and cervical lesions is related,the bad habits of life and sex can cause HPV infection.
