| 摘 要： | 目的评价唑来膦酸注射液治疗溶骨性癌转移引起骨痛的疗效及安全性。方法试验采用随机、双盲、双模拟、阳性药物平行对照的方法,对20例唑来膦酸注射液(试验组,4 mg/次)治疗溶骨性癌转移引起骨痛,并与帕米膦酸二钠注射液19例(对照组,90 mg/次)进行观察28天。结果试验组和对照组治疗溶骨性癌转移引起骨痛的有效率分别为65%和68%,不良反应发生率分别为43%和46%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应均较轻,在试验观察期结束已恢复正常。结论唑来磷酸注射液治疗溶骨性癌转移引起骨痛是安全的、有效的,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of zoledronic acid to relieve pain caused by bone metastatic cancer.Methods 20 patients with metastatic bone cancer treated by zoledronic acid(treatment group) and 19 patients with metastatic bone cancer treated by pamidronate(control group) were observed for 28 days,which was conducted with parallel-control study of positive medication in randomly,double blind and double analoge.Results Patients in treatment group showed an overall response rate of 65%,conpared with 68% in control group(P>0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence rate of adverse reactions(43% and 46% respectively,P>0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid certainly has an potential as alternative therapy for relieving pain caused by pain relief bone metastatic cancer. |
